①If you logged in account successfully, click 【Your account】 -【Edit password】for password resetting.
②If you can't log in account, click【Sign in】 -【Forget my password】for password resetting. At same time, there are some requirements below.
1)The password reset remembers that it needs to contain the following information: 8-40 characters, upper and lower case letters, at least one number or special character.
2) Fill in the password and Slide to verify to confirm.
3) A link to reset the password will be sent to the customer's email address after Slide to verify.
4) The customer clicks on this link to reset the password.
If you didn't receive the reset link, please refer to the following steps:
①Because of the email domain restriction, please check the spam email address and add the following email address (notification@system.vevor.com) to the contact list to increase the probability of receiving the link to reset the password.
